Basic Courses

 

The Basic Course (Medical Taping Concept-Basic Course) is an introduction to the various techniques in the application of neuromuscular taping to as set of common pathologies faced by physiotherapists, sport trainers and orthopedic surgeons in rehabilitation and sports injuries. An introduction to Cross Taping and Lymphatic taping are presented as well.

 

 

Advanced Course

 

The Advanced Course (Medical Taping Concept-Advanced Course) is for those healthcare professionals that have completed a 15 basic course in neuromuscular taping and have practiced the basic techniques. This course provides techniques for more complex conditions as well as for specific injuries. A more detailed review of the use of Cross Taping is provided as well. Open to physiotherapists, sports trainers and orthopaedic surgeons who have completed a 15 hours course in neuromuscular taping.

 

 

Sports Course

 

The Sports Course (Medical Taping Concept-Application Techniques for Sports Injuries) is focused on applications to accelerate the rehabilitation process for those patients or athletes who have suffered sports related injuries. The course is open to physiotherapists, sports trainers and orthopaedic surgeons who have completed a minimum of 15 hours in neuromuscular taping.

 

 

Lymphatic Course

 

The Lymphatic Course (Medical Taping Concept-Lymphatic Drainage Course) is for those physiotherapists, sports trainers and orthopaedic surgeons who have a basic knowledge of lymphatic drainage technique. The course is designed to demonstrate applications which can accelerate the lymphatic drainage process, hence a basic knowledge of lymphatic drainage is required.

 

 

Paediatric Course

 

The Paediatric Course (Medical Taping Concept-Course is focused on learning practical applications and taping techniques (Medical Taping Concept) focused on orthopaedic and neurological paediatric disorders. Evidence of the effects of non-elastic taping on children will be presented. Taping possibilities for the young infant will be discussed. Videos of various paediatric cases will be presented .The course is open to physiotherapists, paediatric physiotherapists and medical doctors that work with children suffering from either orthopaedic or neurological disorders.
